Occasional closures in the France/Italy direction

As part of planned work on tube 1 (France/Italy direction), temporary closures are necessary to ensure the safe installation and removal of marking devices.

If required for operations, the tunnel may also be closed on the Italian side at the same times.

Occasional closures in both directions of traffic

As part of the closure of the second tube for maintenance work, the Fréjus tunnel will be closed for a reconfiguration of the traffic lanes on the dates below:

As part of planned works, The Fréjus tunnel is closed in both directions on the dates below:
  • From Monday, November 30th at 23:00 PM to Tuesday, December 1st at 6:00 AM
  • From Tuesday, December 1st at 23:00 PM to Wednesday, December 2nd at 6:00 AM
  • From Wednesday, December 2nd at 23:00 PM to Thursday, December 3rd at 6:00 AM
  • From Thursday, December 3rd at 23:00 PM to Friday, December 4th at 6:00 AM
